The staff members were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. the location was magnificent and unbeatable with a market and convenience store within walking distance. the hotel is situated in a downtown area.

The restaurant was good for breakfast here, I had tasty dishes. The bathroom was modern, with hair dryers, a walk-in shower and shower caps. Hotel's location was excellent and unbeatable as it was next to a train station. Had some takeout meals at Beef & Shake, set right next to the property, I couldn't resist.

I had an excellent experience at Haven'T Met Bangkok Silom By Cross Collection. The location was superb, just outside the BTS station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel's rooftop bar was a highlight, offering a lovely welcome drink - pea butterfly flower juice. The room itself was spacious and clean, with the added bonus of being able to watch Netflix. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as limited breakfast options and expensive prices at the bar on the 9th floor, I would still highly recommend this hotel. I had a great stay.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right opposite the train station and on top of the subway station. It made getting around the city so convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, showing us the new skytrain stations that weren't even on Google maps yet. The rooftop pool was the highlight for us, a great place to relax and enjoy a drink while taking in the stunning city views. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was pristine. this place exceeded our expectations and provided us with a luxurious and comfortable stay.
